TERMS for Custom Cookie Orders with Lynn’s Occasional Cookies
Pricing quotes given by Lynn’s Occasional Cookies (Lynn Brown) are only valid for 2 days. After that time pricing is subject to change. Updated pricing quotes can be requested after 2 days and/or pricing can be confirmed by placing your custom cookie order request.
Order Specifications
Lynn’s Occasional Cookies will do my best to accommodate design inspirations and requests, but cannot guarantee exact replicas.
Deposits & Payments
The date of the event is considered “booked” upon receipt of a deposit equaling 50% of the total value of the custom order or confirmation from Lynn Brown.
The final payment is due 5 days before the order date.
If the final payment is not received 5 days before the order date, Lynn Brown of Lynn’s Occasional Cookies will stop work, the order will be canceled, and no refund will be given.
Fulfillment
Local delivery at no additional fee only for Paso Robles, Atascadero and Templeton areas.
Shipping within the continental United States is available and current shipping rates will be applied and added to the custom cookie order. Generally, Lynn Brown – Lynn’s Occasional Cookies ships via USPS Priority Mail.
I take great care to heat seal each cookie in cellophane and then wrap the cookies in bubble wrap bags. Cookies are carefully packed to prevent breakage. You'll want to be careful when 'unpacking' your sweet treats. And since I have no control how your package is handled by the post office it's why I do not offer refunds for breakage or shipping delays but I promise though, the cookies will always taste delicious!
Changes to Order
Any changes must be submitted before the final payment. Any changes made afterward may be included at the discretion of Lynn Brown – Lynn’s Occasional Cookies.
There will be no changes allowed 3 days before the event.
Allergy & Dietary Concerns
Lynn’s Occasional Cookies' products contain, and/or are made in a home kitchen that also processes: wheat, eggs, dairy, soy, and nuts. We are unable to serve those with severe food allergies at this time.
The Cookie Customer/Buyer is responsible for pointing out to their guests potential allergy concerns.

Lynn Brown – Lynn’s Occasional Cookies reserves the right to use all photographs, video, and other content of the custom order for advertising purposes unless otherwise requested and agreed upon mutually.
