ORDERING, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
If you are interested in ordering my custom decorated sugar cookies, please fill out the Order Request form. It will provide me with the details to create an estimated quote. I will email, phone or text to confirm design details, colors, quantities and need by/ship by date.
Then... I'll confirm the Baking Date and Shipping Date.
I use PayPal as the primary source of payment and full payment is due on or before (1) day prior to the Baking Date. Once payment is received, that is your confirmation your custom cookie order has been added to my Cookie Calendar.
In general, my custom decorated cookies start at $49 per dozen (prices subject to change). The estimated quote will be based on decorating details, cookie sizes, edible images, any special requests plus shipping.
When cookies are done and ready to ship; Each cookie is individually wrapped and heat sealed for freshness. They will stay fresh for up to 3 weeks as long as when you receive them, they are stored in an airtight container on the counter, away from sunlight. Do NOT refrigerate your custom decorated cookies.
PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING
Due to the personalization’s and customization along with strict scheduling and specific dates,
sorry but there are NO REFUNDS for custom cookie orders.
(If I am unable to complete your order or get it done in time,
although this is very unlikely, then I will provide you a full refund).
Every custom cookie order quote will include my Baking Date and Shipping Date.
Payment in full is required by my Baking Date.
If you need to cancel your order for any reason, you must cancel 2 days prior to the Baking Date. Then no payment is required.
Canceling your custom cookie order AFTER the Baking Date, your previous payment will be used towards a future order.

After buying an all access digital/video Cookie Class(s) order, you will receive access to all items included in the class. Due to the nature of buying an 'all access' digital product, cookie class sales are FINAL. No exceptions.
By purchasing any of Lynn's Occasional Cookies Cookie Classes you agree to not reproduce or redistribute any and all digital downloads, images or videos from these classes in any form.
